For softer crust: Place pizza on a nonstick baking sheet (13-14 minutes conventional oven at 425°, 14-15 minutes toaster oven).

It is correct either way. Depending on what part of the USA you are from, you may pronounce it “E-lli-os” with a long “E” sound (as in the word “bee”) or “El-li-os” with a short “E” (as in the word “elephant”). Tomâto, Tomäto – you get the picture.
