You can use as many ingredients as you dare, but we’ve put together a simple recipe to please even the pickiest eaters.

The following recipe is based on any of our varieties that have a 9 slice serving. You can use whatever brand of add-on ingredients you wish. We used store brand, and the results were fantastic.

- What you’ll need & suggested portions:
1 box of Ellio’s Pizza
1 cup of pizzeria-style sauce
1 cup of finely shredded mozzarella cheese
10-15 regular-size pepperonis
Italian seasoning

- How the magic happens:
1. Pre-heat your toaster oven to 425°F.
2. Place desired amount of Ellio’s Pizza slices on the middle oven rack.
3. Allow slices to cook for approximately 8 minutes, until cheese begins to melt.
4. Remove slices and cut them into fun, long shapes.
5. Transfer onto aluminum foil and arrange the shapes into a yummy pizza pile.
6. Using a spoon, splash the pizzeria-style sauce evenly throughout your pizza pile.
7. Sprinkle or spoon cheese evenly.
8. Feng shui your pepperonis for perfect placement.
9. Garnish with a dash or two of Italian seasoning.
10. Roll the edges of the aluminum so you’ve got a pizza fry bowl.
11. Place aluminum pizza fry bowl back in the toaster oven.
12. Toast for an additional 6-8 minutes.
13. Enjoy!

Time Travel with a Rad 80's Pizza Party

Some kids visualize hitting a 9th inning home run with the count full to win the World Series in walk off fashion. I longed to tend lovingly to the needs of my guests during a busy fall foliage season. That’s right, as a young boy growing up in the 80s, my life’s dream was to run a charming B&B.

I Wanna Rock and Roll All Night, and Eat Pizza Everyday - #80sPizzaParty

I love sharing all the cool aspects of my childhood with my son. The movies and music I watched/listened to are at the core of who I am, so it really makes me smile to see my son enjoy the same things I did as a little kid. That goes for Ellio’s too, because there is no better way to bond, or party, with someone than over some good food.

A Night At The Movies

Up until a few weeks ago, I had been making two dinners a night. I’d make one for the kids and simultaneously, one for my wife and me. We’d give the kids a bath, read stories and get them in bed. After they were zonked, she and I would sit down and revel in the opportunity to actually taste our food and carry on a conversation without the wildlings heaving food at us or instigating contests to see who could scream the loudest and longest.
